I hold a Master’s in Legal Sciences and began my career at Triage Advisors LLP, where I managed compliance for eight companies. After 1.5 years, I transitioned to Amazon in September 2020, initially joining the Document Review team. There, I led internal quality audits, enhanced the document review framework, and managed a team of 10 associates.
Recognized for my expertise, I was soon brought into the Central Escalations team, where I took on compliance projects, handled complex seller escalations, and collaborated directly with sellers to identify challenges and implement solutions. This experience fueled my passion for process optimization and risk management, leading me to earn my PMP certification.
To further strengthen my business acumen, I am currently pursuing an Executive General Management program at IIM Calcutta and Business Analytics from Cornell University, equipping myself with deeper insights into business metrics and strategic decision-making.
While I already have strong communication, documentation, analysis and project management skills, the certifications helped me gain a thorough perspective on Project management tools and techniques and key terms and formal document formats usually used for project management which I want to apply in my future roles.
