Drone Security Consultant at Titan Protection

Department: Sales

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Status: Full-time, exempt

Location: Kansas City preferred; remote considered for the right candidate

Travel: About 30%

Base salary: $70,000-$80,000

On-target earnings: $145,000-$175,000, with uncapped commission

What the job involves

This is a hands-on sales role focused on selling Titan Protection's remote video monitoring and drone security solutions to a targeted group of customers nationwide. The consultant owns deals from the initial meeting through the signed contract, presents proposals and pricing live, negotiates with customers, and maintains opportunities in HubSpot. A sales coach works alongside the consultant on calls and deals.

What Titan is looking for

Integrity, people skills, ownership, coachability, a strong drive to close, teamwork, and flexibility. No degree is required. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of closing business deals and be comfortable presenting pricing and negotiating both remotely and face-to-face. Security, technology, or services sales experience is considered a plus.

How success is measured

Success centers on:

Signed contracts with go-live dates

Having a scheduled next step for every open opportunity

Documenting what works and what doesn't so the broader sales team can benefit

Compensation & benefits

In addition to the $70K-$80K base and $145K-$175K OTE, the position offers uncapped commissions, additional commission opportunities for cash and financed deals, monthly performance bonuses, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, vehicle allowance, and phone allowance.

Bottom line: This is primarily a high-accountability B2B sales/closing position, rather than a technical drone-pilot job. Titan explicitly says it can teach candidates about drones, services, and internal systems, while prioritizing a proven ability to close business and build customer relationships.
