The employer is hiring for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our personal lines agent with administrative and client service responsibilities. This role offers hands-on experience in the insurance industry and provides a clear path to becoming a licensed insurance agent. Full time or Part time position is offered. Will work Monday thru Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility may be available. Provide administrative and operational support to agency staff

Assist clients with phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner

Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation

Assist with policy processing, renewals, and endorsements

Gather client information to support underwriting and quoting

Help maintain accurate records within the agency management system

Support office organization and ordering of supplies

Assist with marketing and client outreach efforts as needed

Qualifications Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Windows)

Willingness to learn insurance processes and obtain licensure

Preferred (not required):

Previous administrative or office experience

Experience in insurance or familiarity with insurance terminology

Experience with agency management systems
