Xtreme Services is seeking a Journeyman Concrete & Foundations Craftworker to join our growing industrial and commercial construction team. We are looking for an experienced craft professional who takes pride in safe, accurate work and can contribute in both shop and field settings as project needs require.

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Goodrich, Michigan, with travel to customer and project sites as assigned.

Schedule: Varies by project; overtime, weekends, shutdown work, and out-of-town travel may be required.

Compensation: Base compensation starting at $20+, compensation will be based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated capability.

What You'll Do

Interpret plans, elevations, benchmarks, specifications, and pour details; verify dimensions before work proceeds.

Perform layout, excavation support, subgrade preparation, grading, compaction, and placement of stone or vapor barrier as assigned.

Build, brace, strip, clean, and reuse forms for footings, walls, piers, pads, slabs, and embeds.

Cut, bend, place, tie, and support reinforcing steel, wire mesh, dowels, anchor bolts, sleeves, and embeds.

Place, consolidate, screed, float, edge, finish, texture, cure, saw-cut, patch, and protect concrete.

Operate hand and power tools, compactors, saws, vibrators, lasers, and other equipment within authorization.
