Job Purpose: Maintain and provide to management financial and
administrative information.









Experience and Knowledge



- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Computer experience: Word Processing, Data Base(s), Spread Sheets







Skills and Abilities





1. Computer skills





2. Accounting knowledge and ability to set up books




3. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines





4. Ability to budget time and duties efficiently





5. Ability to manage position with minimal supervision





6. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and to
communicate and work with other staff, clients, volunteers and
general public from various cultural, ethnic and racial backgrounds.





7. Ability to work within the purpose, structure and constraints of
the Agency and to make suggestions for change in a responsible
manner.





8. Ability to maintain poise and control and to be effective even
under extreme stress and unexpected crisis
