Involved Mobile Therapy is looking for Physical Therapists to join our growing therapy team. This is a mobile position providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes and communities.

We offer a flexible schedule and allow therapists to choose the areas they are comfortable covering and the number of patients they would like to see. This position can work well for therapists looking for a full-time caseload or those who would like to see patients on a more flexible schedule.

Previous experience providing therapy in the home setting is helpful but not required. We are willing to work with therapists who are new to mobile therapy and provide support with documentation, scheduling, and getting started.

Responsibilities include:

Complete physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations

Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals

Provide skilled physical therapy treatment

Address strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and functional safety

Educate patients, families, and caregivers

Monitor patient progress and make changes to the plan of care as appropriate

Coordinate with PTAs and other members of the patient's care team when needed

Complete documentation in a timely manner

Communicate with our administrative team regarding scheduling and patient needs

Requirements:

Current California Physical Therapist license

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel locally to patients

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

New graduates and Physical Therapists without previous experience providing therapy in the home are welcome to apply.
