Job Duties Fryberger Law Firm seeks associate attorney with at least three years of experience for its Duluth, Minnesota, office. Ideal candidates are highly motivated professionals with experience in complex litigation, business and corporate law, or real estate. Strong academic credentials and analytical, research, and writing skills are required.

Job Duties:

Advise and represent clients in civil proceedings and other legal matters.

Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

Conduct legal research and analysis to determine case strategies.

Draft, review, and file legal documents such as contracts, wills, lawsuits, and briefs.

Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence and arguments.

Manage client relationships, communicate case status, and provide strategic guidance.

Supervise legal assistants or paralegals when applicable.

Minimum Education Required Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin

No prior felony convictions

Minimum Experience Required Three years
