Eisenmann of South Carolina, Inc., is looking for Senior Manager of Operation and Engineering to work in in Greer, South Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize Bentley MicroStation to general proposal drawing, Utilize CAD software design, Communicate with customers, Specify and Order Equipment required for systems implementation, Competently make decisions regarding small equipment changes with manufacturer, Identify and resolve any system obstacles and issues, Coordinate and manage vendors and installers for projects, Oversee projects from start to finish, Prepare Mast Estimate Sheets for proposal showing all projected costs, Facilitate sales and upgrades for customers and potential customers. Liaise directly with Arabic-speaking teams at the companys Saudi Arabia plant to ensure clear communication on technical specifications, equipment compatibility, and project timelines. Translate and interpret technical and operational information between English and Arabic to support collaboration with international stakeholders and ensure project accuracy.

Position requires frequent travel, approximately 90%, to client sites across the U.S., based on project assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Position requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered or similar role in engineering. Position also requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation - for generating general proposal drawings; CAD software design expertise - to support system planning and design tasks; Mechanical/Electrical system knowledge - to specify, order, and adjust equipment for implementation; Project coordination and oversight - managing timelines, vendors, and installers from start to finish; Cost estimation and budgeting - preparing Mast Estimate Sheets and tracking projected costs; Familiarity with control systems, machine vision, sensor integration, and IoT/Industry 4.0 technologies; Adherence to safety regulations, ISO/ASME/IEC standards, and organizational policies across all engineering and operations processes; and Proficiency and system knowledge of all Eisenmann Service Contracts including: E Scrub, E Cube, Conveyors, RTO, E Shuttles, retrofits, maintenance, emergency calls, continuous improvements, and customized solutions. Fluency in Arabic is required to communicate with Arabic-speaking personnel at the company's Saudi Arabia plant and to translate and interpret technical and operational information between English and Arabic.
