Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Bath, PA - Onsite

Employment Type: Direct Hire - Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually, DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse personnel. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient receiving, shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution activities while maintaining productivity, safety, and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), KPI management, inventory control, and employee supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, labeling, kitting, and order fulfillment

Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy

Manage inbound and outbound shipment activities

Coordinate transportation and resolve logistics-related issues

Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, accuracy, and service levels

Utilize WMS, barcode scanning, and shipment tracking systems

Assign daily work and establish operational priorities

Train, coach, and supervise warehouse personnel

Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance

Identify and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and security procedures

Oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment

Support customer service and operational requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Experience monitoring and driving warehouse KPIs

Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes

Experience leading or supervising warehouse employees

Experience with barcode scanning and shipment tracking systems

Experience building pallets and Unit Load Devices (ULDs)

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
