Crew Support Assistant - New Tennessee Titans Stadium

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule: Fulltime, 8 hours per day

Position Overview

The

Runner / Crew Support Assistant supports daily operations inside the

new Tennessee Titans Stadium, helping crews stay supplied, organized, and ready as construction, setup, and cleaning phases move forward. This role requires constant walking, carrying items, and responding quickly to crew needs across multiple stadium sections.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Support Deliver cords, tools, supplies, and equipment to crews working throughout the stadium.

HighMovement Work Walk long distances, move between sections repeatedly, and stay active for the entire shift.

General Assistance Help with setup, organization, and any tasks crews request during operations.

Section Readiness Assist teams as new stadium sections are prepared for cleaning and final inspection.

Communication Maintain clear communication with supervisors and crew leads to ensure timely support.

Cleaner Positions Also Available

As the stadium opens section by section,

Cleaners will be needed to maintain cleanliness and prepare areas for public use.

Stadium Cleaning Clean seating areas, restrooms, walkways, and assigned zones.

Trash and Debris Removal Collect and dispose of waste to maintain a safe environment.

Detail Cleaning Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and ensure areas meet cleanliness standards.

Team Coordination Work with supervisors to complete assigned sections on schedule.
