Operations Manager

What Youll Do

As our Operations Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of all Marinis locationsensuring top-tier quality, smooth workflows, and outstanding customer service. Youll manage staff development, scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, facilities, equipment, and health and safety compliance. Youll also collaborate closely with the Owner to support long-term business success.

Youll Excel Here If You:

Have previous operations or multi-store management experience

Lead with positivity, professionalism, and a hands-on approach

Communicate clearly and confidently

Are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities

Understand California labor laws and compliance requirements

Love the energy of serving guests in a high-volume environment

Are hospitality-minded and committed to excellence

Are bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading, training, coaching, and supporting staff

Overseeing quality, customer experience, health and safety, and operational standards

Managing scheduling, inventory, vendors, facilities, and equipment

Handling escalated customer situations with professionalism

Ensuring policy, safety, and regulatory compliance

Maintaining ServSafe Manager certification

Supporting seasonal operations, event planning, and continuous improvements

Physical Requirements:

This role involves being active throughout the daywalking, standing, lifting, and navigating multi-level store environments.
