What You Will Do

As a Production Assembler, you will help build high-quality heating elements by:

Assembling and manufacturing silicone rubber, polyester, and ceramic heaters

Rotating through tasks such as winding elements, soldering, trimming, capping, and finishing

Using tools and machines like sanders, spot welders, soldering irons, ovens, and more

Following work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Supporting team goals by keeping production moving efficiently

What We Are Looking For:

Ability to follow written instructions and designs

Good reading, math, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable using hand tools and machines

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Physical Requirements:

Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work

Ability to lift up to 5lbs regularly (chest height)

May require standing or sitting for long periods depending on the job assignment

Pay & Benefits:

Starting wage is $17 per hour
