Were looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads

through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community engagement

Assess client needs

and recommend appropriate insurance products

Prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the decisionmaking process

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Stay current on industry regulations, carrier guidelines, and product updates

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Ensure compliance with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state insurance regulations when working with commercial transportation clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field

Active state insurance license (Property and Casualty preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and customerservice skills

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bilingual skills are a plus
