Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Warren, Michigan Company: Centurion Services Schedule: Monday--Friday, flexible hours between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Centurion Services, a local carpet, upholstery, and tile-cleaning company, is looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position with flexible weekday hours.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers

Schedule cleaning appointments

Enter and update customer information

Prepare invoices and process payments

Perform basic filing, scanning, and data entry

Assist with QuickBooks and other office tasks

Communicate appointment details with technicians

Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Previous office or customer-service experience preferred

Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office

QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Dependable, professional, and able to multitask

Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office

Must be available to work in person in Warren

Position Details:

Part-time, approximately 20--30 hours per week

Monday through Friday

Pay based on experience
