What You'll Do

Set up and prepare machinery for automatic cutting or hole-punching operations.

Measure product length and width using a tape measure.

Operate machine controls to produce the required quantity of product.

Monitor work for accuracy and quality throughout the production process.

Work toward established daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety.

Read and follow work orders, safety requirements, operating instructions, and procedures.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Support other production activities as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to read work orders and use a tape measure accurately.

Basic math and ruler-measurement skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Prior machine-operation or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

To perform the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to:

Frequently lift, carry, and position abrasive materials weighing 10 to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Sit for prolonged periods and reach forward frequently while operating equipment.

Use hands and fingers frequently for machine operation and material handling.

Work safely near moving mechanical parts and with occasional vibration.

Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, airborne particles, adhesives, some chemicals, and moderate noise.

Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
