What Youll Be Doing:

As a Mobile Sales Associate, youll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store - helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better for us and for our customers.

Youll:

Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach

Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense

Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones

Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)

Answer store phone calls and customer questions
