St John's Catholic Church in Wahpeton is seeking a Director of Parish Administration.

This key member of St. Johns staff supports the parish leadership in carrying out the mission of the Catholic Church. Through responsible stewardship of financial, human, physical, technological, and administrative resources, the Director helps create an environment in which the parishs ministries can flourish. The position brings together financial management, human resources, facilities and risk management, technology, and organizational administration, ensuring that these areas are managed responsibly, efficiently, and in accordance with diocesan policies and applicable laws.

The Director provides leadership and oversight in five primary areas: (1) Mission, Leadership and Administration, (2) Financial Stewardship, (3) Human Resources and Staff Development, (4) Facilities, Risk Management and Technology, and (5) Compliance, Reporting and Governance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

a bachelors in business administration, accounting, finance, human resources, management, or a related field

organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail

ability to analyze information, identify problems, and develop practical solutions

proficiency with accounting, payroll, office, database, and technology systems

commitment to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church, with integrity, accountability, and professionalism
