Mo's Pub is looking for a friendly, outgoing Host/Hostess to be the first impression our guests receive. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to meet you. No experience is required. We can teach the job, but a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.

Manage seating charts and waitlists.

Communicate wait times accurately.

Answer phones and assist with guest questions.

Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to keep service running smoothly.

Maintain a clean and organized host area.

Assist with table resets and other team needs during busy periods.

Ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Reliable and dependable attendance.

Strong organizational skills.

Comfortable speaking with the public.

Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented and willing to learn.
