Job Overview

Looking for hardworking individuals interested in long-term growth to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse production duties, and the ability to operate various equipment such as pallet jacks.

LOCATION: FRACKVILLE, PA.

Pay rate: $17 to $18

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

1ST Shift 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2ND Shift 4:00 pm to 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

Safely Load & unload, and move inventory within the warehouse.

Assist with inspecting pallets, evaluating their condition, and sorting them into categories based on quality and damage levels

Stock pallets efficiently while maintaining organization and adherence to safety standards.

Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and accurately according to specifications.

Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.

Support inventory management activities such as cycle counts, stock adjustments.

Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the warehouse environment.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment while following safety procedures.

Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, or packaging requirements.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is required; familiarity with warehouse Production preferred.

Proven ability to operate, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

Experience with warehouse management systems.

Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes.

Ability to use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.

Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data verification.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
