Larry's Plumbing is hiring a Pre-Apprentice Plumbing and Heating Technician to join our team in Kodiak, AK. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a new career , learn a skilled trade, and grow long-term in the plumbing and heating industry.

Position Details:

Status: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week, weekends and overtime optional

Pay: DOE (Dependent on Experience

Ideal Candidate: This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, dependable, and excited to learn. Prior experience is not requireda strong work ethic and willingness to work are essential.

Common Duties Include:

Cutting, assembling, and handling piping materials

Cleaning and maintaining job sites

Organizing parts and materials in the shop

Preparing materials for upcoming jobs (job prep)

Organizing work vans or trucks

Assisting plumbers and heating technicians with daily tasks

Minimum Requirements:

Current, valid driver's license required, with the ability to reliably travel to and from various job sites

Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for hands-on work is a must

High school diploma or GED preferred
