Job Duties APV Drywall Inc seeks a Production and Administrative Coordinator in Plymouth, MN to maintain the paint production schedule using project management applications such as in Supply Pro, Builder Trend and Scheduling; monitor workflow and notify management of scheduling conflicts or delays; maintain the warranty schedule and maintain a log of warranty service requests; coordinate scheduling of warranty appointments with homeowners, builders and field staff; track warranty work completion and maintain documentation; coordinate with field crews to ensure service requests are addressed in a timely manner; maintain records of service requests and completed service work; prepare financial reports, including cost summaries, labor utilization reports, and project profitability analysis; answer phone calls and walk-in visitor questions.

Minimum Education Required This position requires high school or GED diploma

Minimum Experience Required 12 months of administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience.
