Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management review

Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy

Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing appointments, and directing inquiries

Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper documents

Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating schedules, and supporting team members

Communicate effectively with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person to ensure excellent customer service

Support administrative functions including word processing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

Proven experience with office management, clerical tasks, or administrative support in a professional setting

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software

Experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping or accounting tasks is highly preferred

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Previous experience in office experience or as a personal assistant is advantageous

Strong typing speed, proofreading skills, and familiarity with productivity software are essential for success

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
