We're looking for a compassionate, organized Adult Day Health Supervisor to join our Adult

Day Program! If you enjoy helping adults with developmental disabilities stay healthy, safe, and supported --- this role is for you.

As our job description states, "The adult program health supervisor... will work with people to

achieve and maintain optimal health... providingfor safety... and assisting the individual(s) in obtaining wellness, health education and having a successful work experience. '

What You'll Do

Provide basic healthcare & first aid

Maintain medication schedules and special diet orders

Train staff in hygiene, safety, CPRJFirst Aid, bloodborne pathogens, seizures, and more

Track physicals, emergency forms, immunizations, and staff training

Administer medications & document medical incidents

Support the CEO with new hire paperwork and administrative tasks

Keep accurate written and electronic records

Preferred Experience

Public health nursing

Working with adults with developmental disabilities

Certified Red Cross Instructor

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Strong leadership, organization, and dependable attendance "Reliable attendance.

Demonstrates leadership/supervisor experience. Organizational skills... '

Work Environment

Active, hands-on role

May involve physical intervention

Exposure to bloodborne pathogens/communicable diseases
