Customer Service Representative - Paid Insurance Licensing & Career Development

What You'll Do

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to client questions.

Assist customers with policy information, billing, coverage options, and claims needs.

Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service.Schedule appointments

and follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain accurate customer records.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
