Role Requirements:

Candidates for Construction Laborer must have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates must have the ability to be personable and patient while interacting with customers. Experience and knowledge of basic hand and power tools is a MUST and candidates will be expected to have their own basic hand and power tools.

Requirements List:

Preferred 2-Years experience in basic construction including framing and sheetrock.

Basic kit of hand and power tools

Ability to be personable with customers while doing demonstrations and collecting payments

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Transportation to and from Absecon office each day

Capability of lifting at least 50+ lbs independently

Willingness to follow safety rules and instructions from senior staff.

Compensation

Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour depending on relative qualifications.
