Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour (Tipped position)

Supplemental Pay: End-of-the-year bonus

SCHEDULE & WORKING HOURS Shift requirement: 30 hours per week (Night shifts)

Wednesday: 4:00 PM -- 11:00 PM

Thursday: 4:00 PM -- 11:00 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM -- 12:00 AM

Saturday: 4:00 PM -- 12:00 AM

ABOUT THE ROLE Beer Keg Depot is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in Alamosa. As the face of our store during evening hours, you will ensure our customers have a great experience while keeping the store fully stocked, organized, and clean.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and answer customer questions.

Cashier Duties: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process cash/card transactions, and strictly verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with Colorado state liquor laws.

Stocking & Inventory: Unload deliveries, rotate stock in coolers, and ensure all shelves are fully stocked and front-faced throughout the shift.

Nightly Cleaning: Perform end-of-shift closing duties including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, wiping down counters, and ensuring the store is spotless for the next morning.

Safety & Security: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment during evening hours.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from all scheduled shifts.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age to legally sell and handle alcoholic beverages in Colorado.

Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of beer and merchandise).

Qualifications: Basic math and cash-handling skills, strong communication, and dependability.
