WHAT WE OFFER.

$70,000 -- $105,000 annual starting salary based on your experience.

Discretionary bonus based on personal contributions and company results.

Monday-Friday in-office position with flexible schedule.

Relocation assistance, if needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

Lead and mentor a small team (2-4 staff members).

Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections & vendor payments.

Monitor cash flow and ensure financial accuracy.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements.

Work with leadership to track project costs, financial performance, and budgetary items.

Review, procure and manage business & health insurance programs.

Assist with employee benefits & retirement plan administration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Strong leadership & communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial reporting & accounting functions required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; Master's degree a bonus.

Accounting experience in the construction industry a bonus.

Knowledge of business insurance, 401(k), and employee benefits.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset is essential.
