JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the organization\'s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration assistance, benefits management, compliance, training and development, workers\' compensation administration, and global employment compliance. This position ensures that all HR practices align with company objectives while maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and international labor laws. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees throughout the employee lifecycle. Source and recruit qualified candidates through various recruiting platforms and professional networks. Collect and process all onboarding paperwork, including employment agreements, Form I-9, Form W-4, direct deposit authorizations, and other required documentation. Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness. Track regular hours, overtime, paid time off (PTO), holidays, and leave balances. Ensure wages remain competitive and aligned with market conditions. Ensure compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and prevailing wage determinations for applicable federal contracts. Maintain documentation related to employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Document policy violations and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. Maintain complete and accurate records of investigations and corrective actions. Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Service Contract Act (SCA), and other employment regulations. Conduct internal HR compliance audits. Manage annual procurement and renewal of Workers\' Compensation and Defense Base Act insurance coverage, ensuring competitive pricing and adequate coverage. Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace injuries and occupational illnesses. Support international hiring and workforce management. Ensure compliance with foreign labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain employee personnel files and confidential HR records. Update and maintain employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures. Physical Requirements \ Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. \ Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
