FreshFix is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid position combines warehouse operations with customer deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a collaborative team. As a key member of our operations, you will help ensure customers receive fresh, high-quality products accurately and on time while supporting the daily functions of our warehouse.

The Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing customer orders by assembling fresh produce boxes, meal kits, and grocery items according to company quality standards. Additional warehouse responsibilities include organizing inventory, stocking shelves, receiving shipments, rotating products using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with general warehouse operations. Team members will also load delivery vehicles, verify orders for accuracy, and ensure products are packaged securely for transport.

When making deliveries, you will safely operate a company vehicle throughout Western New York, following assigned delivery routes and schedules. Drivers are expected to provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders professionally, communicating with customers when necessary, and representing FreshFix in a courteous and positive manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, comfortable working independently, and capable of resolving minor delivery issues while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Successful candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and loading or unloading products throughout the workday. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous warehouse, delivery, grocery, logistics, or food handling experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
