Olson Electric is growing and hiring Journeyman Electricians to join their team in Houghton, Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER.

$30 -- $40 per hour based on experience and skills.

Full-time, year-round Monday--Thursday position generally working from 8am--6:30pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Michigan licensed Journeyman Electrician required.

Solid electrical experience required.

Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices.

Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems.

Understanding of electrical code compliance.

Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job.

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Valid driver's license required.

Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed.

Someone able to represent Olson Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
