FS Vail Employment Inc. is looking to fill Advanced Housekeeper positions in Vail, Colorado. This is a temporary full-time peakload position & we are looking to fill 18 job openings for employment from 10/26/2026 to 04/19/2027.

Duties:** Clean and maintain guest accommodations at luxury property. Make beds and change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, window ledges and shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas. Stock guest rooms with amenities. Remove refuse. Report damage to guest rooms and report lost items. Maintain carts and linen rooms. Comply with Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards of operation. May also help with turn down service. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms and recreation areas. Comply with all OSHA standards.

Requirements:** Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Housekeeper or a related occupation.

Terms & Conditions of Employment:** At least $21.96/per hour to $21.96/per hour, at least 35hrs/wk, Mon-Sun, 8:00AM to 4:30PM (schedule, hours and shifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $32.94/per hour to $32.94/per hour.

Transportation:** From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will reimburse or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Tools, equipment & supplies:** The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.

Miscellaneous:** The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government incurred by the H-2B worker.

Limited subsidized housing is available on a first come, first serve basis at a cost of $800-$1500/month. Employee has option of paying housing by credit/debit card. Employee must pay a housing deposit of $325. $200 is refundable upon move out. Benefits include discounted ski pass and eligibility for paid sick leave (1 hour paid leave per 30 hours worked). Eligible for end of season bonus up to $1,000 for employees in good standing.
