Responsible for receiving and responding to customer requests for pricing, delivery, and order status information.

Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Engineering to provide timely responses and a high level of service to our customers

Proactively manage key customer contracts, orders, and RFQ's (request for quotes) to insure the highest level of service.

Process and maintain order and production information within our Vantage ERP system

Experience or Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years work experience in Customer Service

Experience in bearing industry or similar manufacturing environment

Experience working with ERP systems or manufacturing scheduling systems

Focus on customer satisfaction and a sense of urgency

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)

Good Interpersonal skills/Strong Communication skills

Ability to work in team environment and build rapport with external and internal customers
