Key Responsibilities

Client Income & Deposit Processing

Enter client income deposits into the financial system.

Ensure deposits are properly allocated to the correct client accounts.

Maintain accurate documentation of deposit records within the financial system.

Client & Vendor Payment Processing

Enter client bills into the accounting system for payment processing.

Process electronic fund transfer (EFT) transactions for vendor payments.

Print vendor and client payments via check as needed.

Ensure payments are properly documented and recorded in the financial system.

Financial System Transactions

Process voids and financial adjustments within the AccuFund accounting system as directed.

Enter miscellaneous financial requests from team communications into the accounting system.

Update billing notes or payment adjustments within client financial records when applicable.

Fiscal Operations Support

Assist with routine financial processing tasks to support the fiscal operations team.

Follow established procedures for financial transaction processing and documentation.

Maintain financial records in accordance with internal procedures and SSA representative payee compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing financial data.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly and ethically.

Ability to follow established financial procedures and documentation standards.
