Job Title: Assistant Professor in Systematic and Constructive Theology

Job duties:

Develops and teaches introductory and advanced graduate-level courses in Christian Theology;

designs and implements comprehensive curricula by incorporating a variety of theological perspectives

and multi-religious frameworks to prepare students for Christian ministry in global @contexts;

supervises student academic research, theses, and professional publications; delivers instruction

through multiple modalities, including in-person, remote, and hybrid environments; leads specialized

seminars in theological studies; manages administrative academic functions, including the

coordination of examination protocols, evaluations, and student registration processes; maintains a

standard instructional load of at least 12 credit hours per academic year, distributed across Fall, January

terms, Spring, and summer terms; utilizes advanced scholarly knowledge to equip students for

Christian ministry across a range of denominational and cultural settings.

Must have a Doctorate degree in Theology. Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered

or as a Dean of Studies, Teaching Faculty, or Professor of Religions

Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have included the

following:

1) Teaching courses in religion and theology;

2) Leading seminars in theology; and

3) Supervising student research & publications.
