At our dealership, you'll have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, presenting features, options, and Cadillac brand value

Conduct professional and safe test drives

Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of features, warranties, and service expectations

Present financing and protection products in alignment with dealership processes

Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation

Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, financing programs, and product knowledge

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional, polished, and customer-first approach (luxury brand mindset)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Basic computer and internet proficiency

Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Prior sales experience (automotive or retail) preferred, but not required
