Canvassing Manager / Field Operations Coordinator who leads from the front. You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing field marketing team from the ground floor, building a dominant lead-generation machine across the San Antonio market.

Key Responsibilities

Build the League: Recruit, hire, and onboard a hungry team of canvassers and appointment setters.

In-the-Trenches Training: Master field-train your team on scripts, objection handling, and lead generation through active ride-alongs.

Territory and Performance Management: Map out strategic daily/weekly territory plans, track conversion metrics, and conduct high-energy team huddles.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Deploy your initial, high-performing canvassing team.

Establish efficient territory mapping and daily tracking systems.

Generate a consistent, predictable flow of qualified appointments for our residential services.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

Proven Field Experience: Background in door-to-door (D2D) sales, canvassing, solar, pest control, or home improvement sales.

Natural Leadership: Previous experience managing field teams and a track record of leading by example.

Grit and Communication: Strong coaching skills, comfortable recruiting, and a results-driven attitude.

Transport: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
