Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, spackling, and priming walls, ceilings, trim, and baseboards to ensure proper adhesion and long- lasting results. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and protective coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, siding, and structural components using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Perform exterior house painting, including pressure washing, surface preparation, masking, and application of weather-resistant finishes to protect against environmental elements. Assemble aluminum windows, doors, and structural frames by measuring, aligning, fastening, and sealing components to ensure proper fit, structural integrity, and weatherproofing. Prepare and finish aluminum window and door frames by sanding, cleaning, priming, and applying appropriate coatings to achieve a clean, professional appearance. Install and secure assembled aluminum windows and doors on construction sites, ensuring proper alignment, insulation, and sealing in accordance with project specifications. Inspect completed painting and assembly work to verify smooth finishes, clean lines, proper operation of windows and doors, and overall quality standards; perform adjustments or touch-ups as needed. Maintain painting and assembly tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition and comply with all workplace safety procedures, including ladder and scaffold usage.
