Responsible for assisting the general public, attorneys, title agencies, surveying, engineering firms and other public agencies in property research acquisitions of the property records and map locations.

Individual will be responsible for legal transfer of all deeds presented and recorded in proper taxing district. Applicant must be capable of reading legal descriptions, map reading, and problem-solving to rectify discrepancies between maps, deeds, and existing public records.

Applicant will be required to have working a knowledge of standard office equipment.

Candidate must possess the ability to be trained on G.I.S. to find any necessary information required by the public including other duties as required can be expected to meet service goals.

Work schedule:

Full time (35 Hours per week)

Monday-Friday

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch)
