Located at Bell Estates in Dundee, MI.

RT Group Properties is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician II to join our team.

Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM--5:00 PM On-Call: Required for emergency rotation

Reports to Property Manager

Position Summary

RT Group Properties is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician. This position plays an essential role in assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with property upkeep and ensuring all service requests are completed efficiently, courteously, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-

Prepare units for apartment turnovers.

Complete resident work orders promptly while providing friendly, professional service.

Follow preventative maintenance programs and guidelines.

Operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, and electric tools.

Maintain safe, clean, and appealing property grounds year-round.

Conduct annual unit inspections.

Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience and/or training.

Valid Driver's License required.

Reliable Transportation is a must.

Must have own tools.

Availability for on-call emergency rotation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to uphold and embody MRD Apartments' Core Values daily.
