About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant / Auditor / CPA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong tax, accounting, auditing, and financial reporting expertise, with the ability to work independently and with a team to provide valuable financial insights to support business operations

Key Responsibilities:**

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial records and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare tax returns and assist with tax planning strategies.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or on track to obtain CPA license.

Bachelor's degree in accounting.

5+ years of accounting and auditing experience.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, and financial reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
