SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Support Services Director, the Nurse-Support Services is responsible for ensuring that eligible individuals receive quality health and medical services, through either Medicaid Waiver or locally-funded service provision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience --**

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Minimum of 2 years of full-time nursing experience, part of which includes experience with individuals with disabilities

Credential/License** --

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Ohio licensed registered nurse.

~~ ~~RN Trainer certificate through DODD

~~ ~~QA RN certification through DODD

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}American Red Cross Instructor Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification
