Full-Time Position

Description:

Residential House Manager position available. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating all medical and health care needs and attend psychiatric medication checks and appointments as deemed necessary by the Residential Program Director. The person will be responsible for staff schedules, coordinating coverage for staff call-offs, staff discipline, staff evaluations, and act as a liaison between staff and the Residential Program Director.

Job Summary

. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of residential staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

. Develop and manage staff schedules to meet the needs of individuals and maintain appropriate staffing levels.

. Provide training and support to staff on medication administration, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

. Monitor individuals' health and well-being, responding appropriately to any concerns or emergencies.

. Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to assist in the development of individualized service plans.

. Maintain accurate documentation.

. Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment that supports the dignity of all individuals.

Qualifications

Experience in the Human Services/Residential field required.

Medical knowledge/medical background preferred.

Knowledge of State, HIPAA, and Agency regulations preferred.

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred with ability to manage staff and schedules effectively.

Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.

On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education.

Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Must Pass Child Abuse History, FBI Clearance, and Criminal Record Check Clearances.
