Job description:

We are looking for an accountant that is motivated and has a very high attention to detail. Someone that is a problem solver and looks for ways to improve processes would be a perfect fit for this position.

This role will be responsible for:

Month end close tasks including bank reconciliations, review of Aging reports, tying out fixed assets and accumulated depreciation

Reviewing customer accounts and create collections reports

Linking reports of production and rates to generate monthly invoices

Review check requests and validate approvals

Ad hoc reporting of expenses

Requirements:

3-5 years- experience

General understanding of GAAP

Month end close experience

Proficient in Excel

Netsuite experience is a plus
