Job Duties Operate Manufacturing Equipment

? Operate cut-sheet thermoforming machines in a safe and efficient manner.

? Load raw material into machines and remove finished product.

? Set up machines by adjusting parameters and installing molds according to work instructions.

? Perform secondary operations such as trimming, deburring, and finishing parts.

Ensure Product Quality

? Take ownership of the quality of the final product being produced.

? Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.

? Identify and communicate quality or machine issues as needed.

Support Production Efficiency

? Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

? Monitor scrap levels and help minimize waste.

? Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production flow.

? Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly.

Maintain a Safe and Organized Workplace

? Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

? Maintain a clean and organized work area.

? Follow all job instructions and manufacturing standards.
