Determine, formulate, and execute the most viable policies and business strategies, providing direction with the goal of maximizing financial performance, reducing costs, and completing objectives set by the board. Analyze data relating to the companys business as well as staff performance to identify concerns impacting productivity. React to changing circumstances and economic conditions, amending corporate strategy when necessary. Prepare and deliver periodic reports to the Board so it has an accurate view of the companys present and future condition. Periodically evaluate the companys technology and digital tools, especially whether they are protected from cyber threats. Participate in regular internal and external audits, recommending corrective action plans as necessary. Prepare strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats (or SWOT) analyses to support strategy proposals and present same to the President, Board, and Family Office. Advising the company on unique risks in Venezuela due to its economic challenges and political instability. Advising the company on unique issues in Costa Rica regarding its fiscal policies and exchange rates. Minimum Requirements: 1. Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline. 2. Five years of experience as an operations manager or in a related occupation. Experience must include: 3. 5 years of experience: (1) In comprehensive operations management within a family office managing complex assets valued over $300 million; (2) Applying Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigmamethodologies to achieve improvement in operational performance and organizational transformation. (3) In cash flow management, financial planning, and detailed budget control,including designing, monitoring, and adjusting operating budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing budget variances, and presenting reports to the board of directors or familyshareholders for decision-making; and (4) Developing, formulating, and implementing family business strategies, leveraging in-depth data analysis for strategic decision-making, identifyingand mitigating operational risks, leading crisis management efforts, and rapidly adapting strategies in volatile economic environments and changing regulatory landscapes, such as inVenezuela. 4. 3 years of experience: (i) Managing internal and external audits with direct responsibility for reviewing financial statements, performance reports, internal controls, and regulatorycompliance. (ii) Managing international expansion initiatives, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and overseeing real estate and private equity investments across the U.S.,Central America, and Europe. (iii) Leading crisis management and recovery projects focused on international real estate investments in politically and economically volatile environments,such as Venezuela, including designing, implementing, and overseeing contingency and risk mitigation plans that protected asset value against regulatory changes and political instability. 5.
