Position Summary:

ANC Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other support needs in home, school, and community-based settings throughout Muskingum County and surrounding Ohio areas. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, community integration, and personal choice.

This position requires professionalism, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide safe and respectful care in accordance with Ohio regulations and company policies.

Essential Job Duties:
