Provide excellent customer service, process shipments, handle various print and copy jobs, maintain a clean organized store environment. Some responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing their needs, offering appropriate products and services like shipping, printing and mailbox rentals, and accurately processing transactions using POS systems. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing a solution for shipping, printing and other services Shipping And Receiving: Process packages for domestic and international shipping, including proper packing, labeling and manifesting Printing And Copying: Operating printing and copy equipment, assisting with document preparation and producing various print products Mailbox Services: Sorting and distributing mail and packages, managing mailbox rentals and obtaining the required documents for opening mailbox, understand the domestic mail manual Point Of Sale: Accurately ring up sales, handling cash and other payment methods, manage transactions Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and safe environment, including stocking shelves, empty trash, light dusting, and ensuring proper display of products Product Service Knowledge: Continuously eager to grow, learn, and train about The Mail Drop products and services to effectively assist customers such as expert packing, changes in shipping costs and variabilities, new products brought in Skills And Qualifications: Bondable for notary and great customer service Customer Service: Friendly demeanor, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating computers, POS systems and various office equipment Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, handle challenging situations, ability to de-escalate situations, work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, ability to critically think and problem solve especially during peak season and busy times Sales Skills: Ability to cross sell and up sell products and services contribute to revenue growth Organizational Skills: *Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspace May consider 2 part time or 1 full-time position Store Hours: Monday -- Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm and closed on Sunday.
