Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee our directional drilling projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management within the drilling industry and a proven track record of successfully managing drilling operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, for directional drilling projects.

Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations.

Conduct site inspections, assess ground conditions, and implement safety protocols to mitigate risks.

Procure, maintain, and manage specialized drilling equipment and machinery required for projects.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to obtain permits and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Monitor project progress, manage costs, and implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.

Resolve technical issues and address operational challenges to minimize disruptions and delays.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among project teams.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction management within the directional drilling or oil/gas industry.

Strong knowledge of directional drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant industry certifications preferred.

Ability to travel and work in various locations as needed. (Colorado Marketplace)

Pay: $72,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
