What You'll Do

? Set up and operate press brake machinery to produce precision parts

? Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

? Select and install punches, dies, and tooling

? Perform quality inspections and verify measurements throughout production

? Use calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, protractors, and other inspection tools

? Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity

? Troubleshoot and report equipment, material, or quality issues

? Maintain production records and documentation

? Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

? Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

? Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

? Previous Press Brake operating experience

? Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications

? Strong measuring and inspection skills

? Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements

? Attention to detail and commitment to quality

? Strong communication and organizational skills

? Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds

Ability to inspect parts and read measuring devices accurately
