Duration: 1 year

Shift: Mon-Friday ( 6-2:30)

Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments for plant operations

Receive, verify, document, and distribute incoming materials to the appropriate department or warehouse location

Prepare, process, and document outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Load and unload trailers while following shipping procedures and safety guidelines

Ensure goods are handled, stored, and transported in compliance with company policies and GMP procedures

Operate forklift, walkie rider, order selector, and pallet jack to move materials throughout warehouse areas

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all material movements are captured in the inventory system

Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods

Complete zone counting activities and investigate inventory discrepancies

Initiate inventory adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy

Perform Oracle transactions and resolve system errors as needed

Process Material Destruction Orders (MDOs), verify quantities, and dispose of expired or non-conforming inventory

Minimize waste and inventory loss through accurate material tracking and handling

Support resolution of inventory discrepancies through follow-up and communication with team members

Assist with Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) by locating and moving materials from MRB cage to rework locations

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

Follow all applicable safety regulations, company procedures, and GMP requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma required

2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience required

Knowledge of shipping processes, trailer loading/unloading, commercial invoices, and international shipments

Forklift training and operator certification required

Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Ability to learn and utilize inventory systems such as Oracle and other software applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
